Auction pickup will be Thursday June 8th from 9am-6pm by scheduled appointment.
Shipping is available. Please call the office to make arrangements. The invoice amount and shipping amount will be paid separately. Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive a second email with shipping information which then can be paid online.
10% buyers premium on all purchases.
NYS Sales Tax as required. Erie Co. sales tax rate is 8.75% unless tax exempt with a NYS resale certificate on file or the items are being shipped out of state.
We reserve the right to require payment by cash, bank wire transfer or certified bank check for large purchases.
WE DO NOT TEST ANY ITEM TO OPERATE OR RUN. Although we expect most items will operate nicely, we sell only on the exterior appearance of the item, not on it's ability to operate or run - NO exceptions. These are used trains & toys and in many cases decades old. Some may be repainted, restored or reproduction. We are selling these from the estate or collections and have no knowledge to working condition unless noted.
The pickup time is the time for pickup. If you cannot remove the items within this time, please call to make arrangements BEFORE the auction ends or consider not bidding.
We are not a moving company, a big-box store or sale barn. We are at the location of the auction for the hours listed.
Be prepared to move your own items. Bring additional labor/help if necessary to remove your items in a timely manner.
